Our most recommended service is a project kick-off/state of IT service where we learn your business and vision, discuss your plans and position in your industry. We then help you put together an IT plan that will help you reach your goals. This may range in scope from a small project to an enterprise IT strategy and always is done within a business focused set of constraints. This approach avoids open ended (and often needlessly costly) engagements. We can take care of implementation, but we provide this service in a way that does not tie our customers to us. We prefer to continually earn your business.

IT Assessment

Sometimes it helps to have a second opinion. Our IT assessment service provides a team with decades of IT experience to help you assess your current situation while planning for the future. This assessment includes a review of your technical systems, your documentation and processes, and your staff. We look at your strengths, weaknesses, and gaps to help you craft a plan for how to strengthen your current position and team while setting you up for success in future endeavors.

Total Project Outsourcing

It is best to outsource your headaches when you can. Outsource to someone you can trust. We recommend this for "one and done" or proof-of-concept projects. We work with you to gather requirements, build a team and produce a solution that meets your needs and budget. IT projects work best when they use the right resources at the right time and this approach provides high quality development at the lowest cost. We accomplish this through a mix of best-fit IT staff from architects down to entry level staff. We can use on, near, and off-shore resources to staff these projects as the requirements and budget allow.

Off Shore Team Building

We have a partner in Medicom Technologies that we use to help build low cost, high quality teams in a development center in China. This development center allows us to provide blended solutions models that can include on, near, and off-shore resources in the most effective way. They pull from local colleges and have an incredible mentoring process to build great developers. We have found that a sort of rent-to-own approach has been a great solution for companies that want to grow an off shore team for their needs. This builds an off shore team that feels like they are part of the customer's future, and reduces cost in the long run, while allowing for a team to be put together quickly with an experienced management staff.

Virtual Leadership Team and Staff Building

Our virtual IT management service is an excellent way to bring leadership to your team quickly. We can work with you to find resources and to build out your IT team. Throughout this process our goal is to provide a self-sufficient team within the customer rather than one that is outsourced or virtual. We feel strongly that there is value in having your own IT staff rather than be "locked in" to a vendor.
