Tone: sincere, accountable, and solutions-focused. Include a statement of next steps.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No names. No companies. Keep source documents local unless sanitized<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Never upload raw contracts, spreadsheets, or client files without reviewing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
